Red Shift does not share or disclose customer information with any law enforcement agencies, third party vendors or partners unless required by a court order.
Red Shift does not monitor or log any customer activities unless directed by a court order.

Red Shift Internet Services operates by the following principles:

Principle 1
Red Shift Internet Services collects information during the registration process to operate the site (“Registration Information”). Red Shift Internet Services explicitly asks when it needs information that personally identifies you (“Personal Information”). The Personal Information Red Shift Internet Services collects includes first and last name. In addition to Personal Information collected, Red Shift Internet Services also collects non-personally identifiable information (often referred to as demographic information) such as: country, region or state, zip or postal code, time zone, gender, and occupation.

Principle 3
Red Shift Internet Services will not send you any unsolicited information, including e-mail, except as mentioned below. New users will receive a Red Shift Internet Services welcome letter explaining the features provided by the service. Red Shift Internet Services may also send periodic member letters to announce important service changes, new features, technical issue updates and news about other Red Shift products and services. Red Shift will not send you unsolicited e-mail regarding any third party commercial offers or advertisements.


Network Management Practices
Red Shift does not throttle any network protocols.
Red Shift equipment automatically prioritizes voice and video packets above other packets if there is network congestion.
Red Shift blocks IP address only to Red Shift servers when attacks are detected.
