COVID-19 Update

As the spread of COVID-19 (Novel Coronavirus) continues and the associated policies protecting our citizens shift daily, we are reaching out to share with our valued Red Shift customers the measures we at Nitelog, Inc., parent company of Red Shift, are taking to mitigate the impact to our business and customers.

As I’m sure you are aware, many state and local government authorities have issued an Executive “Stay at Home” order. This order applies to most businesses except for federal critical infrastructure sectors and essential business services, allowing critical infrastructure operations to remain open during this order. 

We know Internet communication is considered a critical infrastructure.  Our team will continue providing the very best service possible.

The balance of our team has shifted to working from home in compliance with this order and will continue to provide our customers with seamless service.

During this unprecedented time we will not be able to do our on-site consulting and computer repairs.  If you have an emergency where the computer is your only method of communication, please let us know and we will try to make special arrangements that keep everyone safe.

We are continuing to adhere to all recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO) and U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and our local authorities, assuring that our staff remain healthy. 

We are continually monitoring our network for any disruptions and also the supply chains for the equipment we need for prolonged operations.
